Zusammenfassung
Die Röntgenmorphologie und das diagnostisch-operationelle Vorgehen bei der transitorischen
Osteoporose der Hüfte wird beschrieben. Der vorgeschlagene Algorithmus berücksichtigt
auch die Computertomographie des Hüftgelenkes. Durch diese Untersuchungsmethode werden
Erguß und Kapselverdickung sicher erkannt und die Indikation zur diagnostischen Gelenkpunktion
gestellt.
Summary
The radiological appearances and diagnostic procedures for transitory osteoporosis
of the hip are described. The proposed algorithm includes computed tomography of the
hip joint. By means of this method, effusion and thickening of the joint capsule can
be recognised with certainty and the indications for diagnostic aspiration of the
joint can be defined.
